LGV Mediterranee: Marseille-Avignon sounds very interesting route, but it's just a half part of the full LGV Mediterranee. That's why I decade to suggest the second part of the line, Avignon-Valence. Then we will have the full LGV Mediterranee, in two parts, due to DTG will not make route extensions.
I think DTG should bring the road map directly to Lyon, not Avignon. TS route is already a good reference
if it's like ts2020 went one point to another, it is not interesting. it would just be necessary to add an edge between the 2 which is Aix en Provence. then later, we should add another stop which will be lyon and after much later we should go to paris so that we can do this route paris> lyon> avigon> aixe en provence> marseile I think it will be good
Adding to Valence, would be awesome to also add Nimes. As there would be a better diversity and maybe some local traffic too
