Xbox I'm Still Not Able To Obtain Rapid Transit

Hi Dovetail I previously owned Rapid Transit on Train Sim World 2020 and I should be able to download it for TSW2 for free. However the game isnt recognising that I already own it and it wants me to pay £24.99. Can you help me please?

 

Did you previously buy rapid transit for tsw 2020? And not via gamepass ( i cant remember if its on that or not)

 

File a support ticket for this issue. That may take some time, but should help.

 

I have the same problem with GWE. I have submitted a ticket about this tonight. Something to do with it being owned on disc.

 

If you owned Rapid Transit/GWE/NTP on disk in TSW2020, you can access the free download version by opening TSW 2020 (NOT TSW2), then store, and you should find the free versions of those routes for TSW2 there. Download them and they will appear next time you open TSW2.

 

I’ve had no problem downloading NTP as it was an add-on. GWE and Rapid Transit are part of the base game so don’t actually appear in the store. I’m hoping to hear from technical support soon. Really frustrating.
