After saving a game (I realised this on East coast way route, I don't know about other routes), I logged off and went back onto that saved game a bit later, from then I couldn't see the scenario tasks left to do and it had got rid of all my data. (The game thought I hadn't stopped at Hampden park even though I was at falmer for example.)
Yup, saving in this game is a nightmare.....and yet such an important game feature. -its "in production" on latest road map. Until then ,maybe arrange a shift pattern with your family members/friends to complete services
It is a known issue and happens at other routes as well. Avoid saving whenever possible.... and cross your fingers when resuming later. This is the only thing that may help ...
