Hello! Where can I find DB timetables for making scenarios to German TS routes?

 

There are Passenger Timetables available on the DB website

Interactive Streckenkart > Click on the map to bring up an area and then click on a line
It shows what timetables are available in PDF format to download

There is a big amount of Scenarios on RailSim.de sorted by route
