Here is my Suggestions for some future German Loco DLCs!:)
Looking at the available and the future German Locos, I think we already have a great range of vehicles, which are very common in Germany (Like the Dostos with the BR 146, the BR 425, the BR 442, the ICE 3(M), the future BR 101 with (hopefully) the Intercity (mod) carriages and the Bpmbzf cab car and on and on). To that I´d like to make some suggestions, because right now theres still much monotony.
I would also like to make some suggestions to the layer system. For example: Almost every Route uses the Main Spessart Bahn Dostos with the BR 146 or the BR 143 from Ruhr Sieg Nord. On first sight the variety of vehicles doesn´t sound bad, but if you consider the max. speeds of both locos, which are 160 km/h and 120 km/h, there is the problem that if there is a BR 143 in front of you on a VMax 160 km/h line, you are required to brake and accelerate all the time, which is sort of realistic to do that, but really annoying when you just want to play relaxed. As a proposal I would have the idea of implementing an option in which you can select or deselect which layers (for single locos/trainsets) are activated in order to have a custom version of the timetable with only the locos you want without uninstalling a whole DLC.

With that being said to the variety of vehicles I´d like to begin with mentioning my suggestions to expand this variety, with trains that are either missing because they´re very common in Germany or trains that are rather new or trains that aren´t as common but you still see them depending on the location.

Missing very common or famous German trains
BR 401, ICE 1; The first generation ICE with its prominent restaurant car roof
BR 402, ICE 2; The second generation ICE, now with only one power car, a control car, shorter and connectable with other ICE 2 trains...,
Br 407 ICE 3 Velaro D; The "new" ICE 3, with a in my opinion cooler design, more efficient and 320 km/h fast
BR628; A well known twin-car DMU used on many non main line routes, but being taken out of service
BR 111; A famous electric locomotive used in regional sevices with Dostos very often, definetly a must have for realistic german regional service
BR218; A true classic seen almost everywhere, a diesel loco used for everything from freight, regional, intercity or train transport
BR 648 Lint 41; A newer also commonly seen DMU used on non main line routes
BR 120; Another true classic, a highspeed electrolocomotive used for Intercity Lines
Missing trains that would add variety
BR 440/1440; Commonly used as a regional train in germany
BR 445 Twindexx Vareo; A newer generation Dosto with an electrified cab car, so no other locomotive is needed
BR 1462 Desiro HC; A single and doubledecker EMU, designed to replace the old dostos as seen on the RRX routes in western germany
BR 429/1462 FLIRT 3; A commonly seen EMU around germany
BR 644 TALENT; A S-Bahn like diesel multiple unit used on many non main line routes
BR 463 Mireo; A rather new and uncommon EMU that will be seen very often in future
BR 460 Desiro ML; A relatively rare seen EMU around germany, mostly seen around Cologne, similar to the Desiro HC but mainly without doubledecker carriages

There are surely many more classic German trains that would make TSW 2 look far more realistic, but these are my favorite ones I´d like to see. I hope DTG will take this list as an Inspiration for future rolling stock, which hopefully is as good quality as the stuff released lately. Keep up the great work and if at least one of these is released in the future, sh** up and take my money;)

P.S. But first of all please fix the problems with AMD hardware, I want to play TSW again;)
[Sorry for any spelling or gramatical mistakes]

I think the Db Br 218 will be coming with Hamburg-Lubeck but I could be wrong.

The DB BR 218 would be useful beyond just substituting on existing services, but it could also allow for a passenger service layer on Main-Spessart Bahn to the south from Aschaffenburg on the diesel only section. There is currently 2 fully modelled stations that have no activity because no locomotive exists in the game to serve them.

Here's a BR 218 hauling dostos arriving at Aschaffenburg Sud station in 2018 (which is one of the stations that exists in MSB).

For me, there are no locomotives from the 60s to 80s, such as the
    V100 (BR 212)
    V200
    VT98
    VT 11.5
    ETA 150
ET 403 Inter City (Donald Duck)
    BR 110
    BR 140
    BR 141
    BR 150
    BR 103.
Then there are also matching cars like, Silberlinge, IC and blue and green express train cars.

Yeah some of these older ones would be nice. Too much modern stuff ingame already.

Although I quite liked the BR266 too. :P

My top three would be a Class 193, Class 401 (ICE1) and either a Class 218 or a Class 151.
There are so many to chose from though haha

The BR 151 for proper banking on MSB. The 151 is the usual banking loco not a 185.
