Hello, it indicates, I believe, the speed and the air pressure of the brakes compared to the last car of the convoy. That's right ? Thank you for correcting. How do you apply AFM settings in practice? Thanks fr740385
AFM- stands for Air Flow Meter So its showing you in simple terms is that your compressor is charging the brake pipe. So there are no AFM settings. I do believe it is off abit as the brakes are releasing way before the air flow comes down to a psi that you could actually pull, The only way to see the last car Brake psi is BY the EOT "End of Train device" communicating with "fred" in the cab which doesn't work in the CW40 or the geeps or the SD's in TSW2 it does work in the AC unit. Look on the MFD and the PSI of last car will show in the "rear" box if said train has an EOT Here's a video link that may help
The EOT device works on the GP and SD if you switch on the radio fuse on the fuse panel. The CW40 is bugged at the moment because neither the radio fuse nor banking comm can be operated.
