As much as I would love to see the class 800s gwe is staying as it is based in 2015. This has been confirmed by the developers

And as regards Heathrow Express, sure I read in another thread the licence for the trains and livery was declined by BAA.

    Suggestion 2

    ECML
So if the route started from Kings cross to Doncaster which should give a nice journey time for High speed trains
trains would be class 387 electrostar top speed 110mph
    150px-Cambridge_-_GTSR_Great_Northern_387123_empty_to_depot.jpeg
Which would run from Kings Cross to Peterborough which is an express service
    Along with
    Class 365 networker top speed 100mph Class_365_Networker_Express_in_Great_Northern_livery_by_Hugh_Llewelyn.jpg
Which is used at peak-times from Kings cross to Peterborough which is also an express service
    Class 313
    Enfield_Chase_railway_station_MMB_05_313046_313030.jpg
I know it is no longer in service but I quite liked these trains on the ECML and it would be that much of a problem since they only came out of service last year October
These trains would run from moor gate/kings cross to stevenage or Welwyn Garden City
These are the stopping/express service trains I would like to see
There are other commuter trains that would run between London and Peterborough such as
    Class 700 desiro city
    150px-700008_Sevenoaks_to_Kentish_Town_2E75_(31333854845).jpg
    And
    Class 717 desiros city
    150px-717009_OKL.jpg
These units replaced the 313 and run the same service as they did

    High speed trains
LNER Class 91 DVT mark 4 coaches
    150px-91108_LNER_Kings_Cross.jpg
    LNER class 800 bi mode
    150px-800104_at_York.jpg
    LNER class 801 emu
    150px-801220_LNER_Azuma_Kings_Cross.jpg
    Hull trains class 802 bimode
    150px-802301_Kings_Cross.jpg
First east coast trains class 803

Which could do the London to Doncaster as I suggested which would be quite nice in my opinion because the length of high speed time would be nice
This is listing 8 different trains so If DTG made the London to Doncaster it should have the class 387 (because they have made the class 377 and 375
as well as the 387 is in production so it should be easier to model) ,313 (because the SN 313 is in production) and 91 (for a high speed train to start with)
Starting off would be the class
LNER class 91 for high speed
Great northern 387 and/or the class 313 starting from finsbury park
    Class 365 as add on
LNER CL 800/801 , Hull trains 802 and East Coast trains class 803 as a add on bundle because there similar trains and it would just make more sense to put them together like a great western legends type of packages
    PLEASE READ THE BELOW
(I am aware of the length of this route is 144 miles long and is out of reach for now
If this route would be made now it would go to Peterborough)

And if needed the 700 and 717 as a separate add on so it's not too much to download

I could’ve sworn I seen someone saying here that they can’t get the Licensing to do Heathrow Express.

I heavily doubt they’re doing anymore with the current GWR Route. Although, they could reskin the Class 377/375 to GWR and let us use it as a replacement for the Class 166.

And I would love to see the Elizabeth Line in TSW.

Yeh they can't get licesing to do heatrow express. They were planning in doing a route in great western experess to heathrow but couldn't due to licesing.

Yeah, then I’d take the 387 and the Elizabeth line then.

That would require the whole route to be rebulid which probably won't happen

The 387 wouldn’t require a full rebuild, and the Elizabeth Line one wouldn’t either if they only do the Branch via Shenfield or Abbey Wood...
Which would require... an unfinished route...

I'm now thinking the class 387, 365 and 91 to start of with
    Class 800/801/802/803 LNER/hull trains/east coast trains at300 pack

The class 700 and 717 as a desiro city add on

Then a class 313 stand alone add on
In it's fcc livery GN branding as a separate dlc

    Pricing
The ECML kings cross to Doncaster would be £29.99 with the class 387,365 in Great northern livery and class 91 in its current VTEC red livery LNER branding
All other trains would be addons

Classes 800/801/802/803 I wouldn'tmind paying £15.99 as it is 3 trains rather than the normal 1 train for £11.99

The class 700 and 717 would be either £11.99 or range from £12.99 to £15.99

And the class 313 would be either 11.99 as it's one train or 5.99 as it is a reskin of the current southern 313 in production The only difference is the numbering the livery and there is a working pantograph

Possibly of classes 317 and 321 making appearances along with a LNER HST these trains are not needed but will probably be wanted

I like this idea of the ecml. The price you said also seems fair. On the gwr front though. If dtg are gonna make an albeit incorrect representation of gwe in the 70s that anybody hardly wanted for gwe dlc. Then surely that should open up the possibility for them to make a fully electrified version of the gwe route with the 387s and 800s, the branch lines with the 165 and a longer version since that's what most people wanted so hopefully in the future a electrified version of the route will come

But you already know they haven't change the route or done much to the locos either to make the diesel legends pack, and what you're suggesting is new locos and route changes...

Which people have asked for multiple times and wouldn't mind paying for and something dtg can do

And they said they weren't gonna do route extensions but did an about face on that statement so I wouldn't be suprised if a electrified gwr route comes in the future

They want to do that when they get the tech in. They said it in a stream after saying many times they weren't gonna do them. It's the right decision and there is clearly a market for that.

Hopefully if they do extensions they'll switch to doing ecosystems rather than standalone DLC so we can get extending and expanding multiple timetables covering freight, local, regional and IC

I'm just going to round up the flying pigs...

I predict it will probably be standalone dlcs sadily as sam has said that a route extension would have to be standalone dlcs for players who may not own the oringinal route. For example if they extend ska to Frankfurt from Koln HBF that would give us the Koln- Frankfurt High Speed line which is 94 miles and we can do 300kph. If you own ska and own the Koln Frankfurt high speed line, you combine both routes and bam, ska is extended and the route would go from Aachen HBF to Frankfurt (Main) HBF. Now if you don't then you won't get the extension. It seems reasonable I think although the name of the route probably would have to change

And what I mean is that when they've done that they could do the lines to Siegen from Koln and Frankfurt then extend onto Kassel etc etc so rather than it being "DLC here, DLC here, DLC here" you get a network built up and can run any service on the lines in that area be they local, regional or IC

Now that would be a good idea. A network of db lines would be cool or a full rail network in general would be cool

Some Routes I’d like to see
Pittsburgh Line- Johnstown to Altoona, PA in Conrail era legendary route over the Allegheny mountains. Includes the Horshoe Curve
Reading Blue Mountain and Northern- a U.S short line in eastern PA. Hauls mostly coal and operates two steam locomotives
Union Railroad- North Bessemer to Mon Valley works. Short line industrial railroad in Pittsburgh, PA delivers ore to the mills.
