I am having an issue viewing my TSW Railfan Shots, Mastery progress, and my Driver's Logbook. I have no issues logging into Dovetail Live in the game, and it tracks my progress with no problems. However, when I log into Dovetail Live in a web browser, I can't view these items. I get a 404 error saying "Profile Not Found". Is this an issue with Dovetail Live or is it something I am doing wrong?
I am also prompted to enter a display name to complete my profile, but I already did this when I first set up the account. Now it seems that it doesn't recognize it as an existing account, but rather a new account. But I didn't just create it. I created it last summer.
