What do you think what the frame rate is on LGV on the high-speed part? Please vote my poll above this message.
On PS4 Pro / Xbox One X, I think 30fps with some fluctuations when going fast (new tiles loading in more frequently).
It will be different on different spec machines and nobody knows what it will be yet and that is why this poll is utterly pointless. The only time I’ve turned on the fps counter was on SPG and that was a constant 17 fps. Blisteringly fast.
Even on the streams the frame rate varies wildly, depending on the platform/specs they're playing with.
On my standard PS4, I expect it to fluctuate between 20 - 30 fps along with the usual stutters. Would be pleasantly surprised if it runs at a solid 30fps! I find myself playing the game on my laptop more often than my PS4 now due to the console version's performance. My laptop isn't considered high end anymore but it runs TSW2 at a steady 30fps, sometimes higher, on Ultra settings. It's a shame because I do prefer gaming on a console over PC.
