I'm sure this is commonly known but I just picked up the Isle of Wight route recently and right away I noticed that it felt sluggish and weird, and especially when seeing how the track passes in front of the train. But the more I played I realized that the frame rate must be really low, like 25 or lower, for most of the route when looking straight ahead. Looking down, up, or to the left or right seems fine, or even while walking around. But for the most part the route runs very badly, and I'm on a Series X. That's why I'm thinking a lot of other people must have noticed this. Also to the point where I want a refund cause it's not even fun to play at all in this condition and why would you release it when it's obviously not performing well.
Maybe I'm more used to some other routes that run smoother, because I guess Sand Patch Grade runs at a pretty low frame rate to most of the time. I hope this can be fixed with a Series X optimized version, because I'm plenty sure it can handle the game at a steady 60 fps or higher. Another reason it probably wasn't as noticeable, is because the One X runs at a nice steady 30 so any dip if any wouldn't really be noticeable, but on Series X a lot runs really high smooth fps, then has significant drops, looking choppy and slow
