So I'm absolutely loving the new LGV route so far, although I cannot seem to properly set up the TGV on any of the timetable services. I've followed the instructions in the tutorial but I'm never able to get the train moving.

Looking outside I find that for whatever reason the pantograph won't raise, even though it's set to...
The master switch is active and the circuit breaker is armed, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm assuming it's not a glitch as I'd assume more people would be talking about it, so what am I doing wrong? I've read the manual and can't figure it out.

Thank you so much for your help in advance. I'm sure that I'll feel really stupid when I find out what the issue is lol.

Have you set the reverser to forward and selected the driving mode? Without these two settings the train won't move.

I didn't even know there was a "cruise control", unless you mean selected speed in which case I'm not, I'm putting it in manual control.

have you the pantograph Selector to normal and the Mode to LGV or DC depending on which way you are driving? and is the auxiliary power on?

Ahhh that seemed to do it. For some reason even though I was starting at Avignon the pantograph only seemed to physically rise on the train if it was set to DC, so I assumed that's what it needed to be set to. The train is moving now under LGV, although the pantograph is still down. I'm assuming this is some kind of oversight on the part of the developers?

Thank you so much for your help :)

If you are on LGV the rear pantos will raise rather than the front ones

Oh really? I didn't know that. Thanks for letting me know!

One other quick question- is there anyway to turn on a light in the cab? I ask because you always end up having to do the power change over in a tunnel, and it's impossible to see all the switches when the cab is pitch black. I end up having to just use my memory and hover the cursor over the general area until I find the appropriate switches.

I've been able to do the change over multiple times without any issues, so it's not the end of the world if there isn't a light, but would make life a little easier.

Bottom left of the cab is where you will find the cab light switch.
