PC Br422 Lightweight Speeds Achievement Not Working

I did not get the achievement BR422 Lightweight Speed, both on HRR and RRO. Looking at the global stats, this is an exception. A fair number of players got it. I definitely drove faster than 70km/h

I had to reach 140kph for it to pop for me.
