PlayStation Out Of Memory Dumps

I’m curious and does anyone know.
When I’m doing any route if by chance the game crashes the PlayStation then goes to a blue screen with a option to send a report, does this report get fed back to DTG

 

The report is send to Sony.

 

Yes I know but does it then get reported to DTG is what I’m asking

 

I would think that the report is initially sent to Sony who then follow it up with the developer, in this case DTG.

I don't work for either company so I'm not saying this actually happens but what I expect to happen, don't take my word for it!
