Dear Developers, Can you please add, that players can download train Skins on console, it is only possible on PC to upload skins, and it takes very long to make a good skin on console. Best regards Nicholas

Your forgetting that they aren't doing it for consoles because of Licensing reasons and they would rather follow the Licensing rules so this feature will not be added to TSW2.
They aren’t doing it for any platform at the moment, even the PC method isn’t official. Either way, it’s not something that’s out of the question completely, as Sam has said on multiple roadmap streams now that they’re looking to allowing livery sharing to happen.
