I would love to see India. Its not gonna be too challenging to make, such as the signalling system- which is identical to the British signalling system.

Austria, Japan, Spain, Italy, Australia etc would also be a joy to drive

Sweden. Stockholm area would be awesome from north to south (the whole commuter lines of the Pendeltåg X60) with a new feature of ATC system for TSW2 and swedish signals. Joy would be added with the Fjärrtåg (long distance trains), Tilting high speed train X2000 (X2 units) and the Arlanda Express Airport trains.
-Also the Metro/Tunnelbana system is also a way to go with the C20 and C30 units.

The hardest route would actually be India. Not by the signalling system, but for the overflow of pax hanging out of the wagons and even over the roof LMFAO xD. Any system would crash horribly that way

haha. I've been in Indian trains thousands of times, and not once have I seen a train so overcrowded that passengers stand over the roof and hang out of the train. Besides, how can passengers even be on top of the roof if there's pantographs and overhead catenary? And yes, trains do get quite crowded, but that's on rush hour in busy cities, such as Mumbai and Delhi.

And why just India? Commuter trains and subway systems all around the world in busy cities get jampacked with passengers. New trains are being built as we speak, and I think it would be great for TSW2 to have Asian countries as well.

(Yes, I took this way too seriously but at this point its just too annoying :))

Sorry for that, but you shouldn't take jokes as if I put you a chilli where the sun doesn't shine xD. Now being serious, I find Indian railways kinda boring, maybe I should take a look on some videos to have a better idea.
For asian countries I would prefer Japan and Korea.
    Cheers.

Lol as I said, I took it way too seriously, sorry about that :D
And I agree, Japan and Korea would be lovey indeed. Cheers
