Some of the things I noticed while watching the SEHS Stream. If some of you noticed more, please add to this. Keep in mind that Sam did say that the route is not completely done and still has some work to be done on it. HUD 'Upcoming Speed Limit' not changing between MPH/KPH (Team is working on this) No Track Joint Noise (Sound is not finished) The ballast is a bit too dark at Stratford Intl. No fence between HS1 and Regional Line No Freight/No Trains at Hoo Yard Reused Flange Sounds from East Coastway Front PIS on the 375 is too big Level Crossings finally work again! 'Trainbow Livery' is completely random (Assigned to Class 395 012) and cannot be selected Higham Station is not usable in Timetable Mode Signals are now linked to the Train Stopping, not the doors closing 375 sounds like the 377 375 has a new cab, not just a copy from the 377 395 reused sounds from the 377 AI Eurostar Services with the Class 395 (per 5alec.j.c) 179 Services/Reduced Timetable While watching the stream, it seemed like there was a few Frame Drops/Stutters (DEV BUILD) DONKEY IS AT CHATHAM Overall, the route feels a bit rushed and as if they were being lazy by not adding some things. Ima keep it completely real, I feel underwhelmed about this route, and I'm actually questioning whether or not I'm going to get it. They really need to fix some of these issues, especially when it comes to scenery, sounds, and the timetable! It unacceptable the way the route is currently, and they can't release it in this state. A Disastrous Stream, for a Completely rushed route.
I think they should add the Sheerness Branch because it's only a few miles and the route would be more fun. I hope they REALLY improve the sounds!
You know, I think the same is true for LGVM route. On release, I thought Marseille-Avingon looked really poor. Slowly and surely more things/assets are getting added to it. It's really frustrating. Maybe it's best to wait to buy the route when it's on sale. By that time it should be finished.
Wonderful! Hopefully it will be the standard going forward and maybe, just maybe it could be retrofitted to older routes, but I'm not holding my breath. So happy about this The 375 was just as I expected, nothing awesome but not too bad. Also another user (sorry can't remeber their name) said the brakes have been fixed, so that's good. This routes seems decent, just a little step up from LGV, I think I'll have to get it at launch
Wait until you hear the 395... (Sounds are WIP but not promising). I think I just might hold off on it.
Since DTG updated LGV relatively close to launch I would expect any of these issues to be fixed either at launch or a bit after, but I will not miss the next pre-launch stream
Reduced Timetable means they are not using the IRL Timetable with all of the services. It's basically 1/3 of the real-life timetable.
When you factor in everything else the most likely scenario is that the development of the route was rushed, it certainly feels that way. Why so many 395 services have been cut is bizarre.
one thing i have noticed seeing that i was a shunter at hoo junction sending oil train down the cliffe branch to the isle of grain power stations and to the power station at Queenborough down the Sheerness branch is, on the TS version it has the staff platforms and the old signal box which was converted to the TOPS office when Dartford took over all signalling moddled but on the version that matt was streaming it did not have them moddled.
