I recently built a new system,

    I have this CPU,

    And this MB

I used the stock cooler from my old system which was a socket 1155 i5, but it really isn't cutting it for this CPU. My CPU temps can get up to 180F when my CPU is not under max load with the CPU fan running at 2000 RPM which I believe is it's max. I never see it get any warmer than this but I think that is a bit on the high side and I want this build to last a long time so I'd like to get a better cooler. I also have a 120mm fan sucking air out at the back of the case and an 80mm fan at front blowing air in along with the PS fan. These fans come on as about 100F case temp, and get to full speed at about 115F case temp with a varying slope in between.

I was looking at this cooler,

I've never had to buy a CPU cooler before, every build I've done (it has been a while) the CPU came with it's own. I'd like it to be quiet, I hate a noisy PC. Any suggestions? Want to make sure it will fit, work well, and be quiet.

    Thanks!

180F is just over 80C- you wouldn't want it much warmer but it should be quite tolerable for a CPU.
