Every service is the same hst power car and coach same numbers tsw2 one xbox

 

No they aren't. I've had 3 different services this evening, with 3 different power cars sets, which you are right isn't correct, but might be a limitation of the game, I'd wait to see if it's fixed in the next patch release as a lot of work has been done on GWE.

Currently in 43164, but both power cars have the same number and all carriages have the same ID as well.
