i can't use br class 45 in scenario designer on the tees valley line it doesn't show up in the locomotives section
Create a scenario using another loco, save the scenario and then go edit it. You need to use off the rails mode to add locos that aren't designed for that route. I'm not sure how to do it on XBox because off the rails is hidden (I'm a PS4 and PC player).
