I paid for the dlc on the Microsoft store on my phone and it installed on my Xbox but isn’t showing in my available routes ?
Hi Martin, Perhaps something went wrong in the install. to verify you could go to the my games and app page in the xbox homescreen (the big button on your controller). ->then navigate to TSW 2 ->push the start button while the game is highlighted ->select manage game/ manage games and addons ->verify that SEHS is indeed installed. if it IS installed; *try doing a full restart of your xbox -> keep the xbox button on your controller pressed until a wide pop-up appears, select "restart console" -> see if this mitigated the issue If it is NOT installed; -> go to the my games and app page in the xbox homescreen ->then navigate to TSW 2 ->push the start button while the game is highlighted -> select "see in store" ->select the SEHS in the store page, check if it show as owned/ purchased. -> if it is owned but NOT installed, click the prompt where normally purchase would be. it should say "install/ install now" -> if it is Not owned, check your microsoft email, you should have an email confirming the purchase, if this is not confirmed check your bank statement, if no payment has happened. purchase the DLC and proceed as normal. ->if you have payed but have received no verification email/ have not received ownership of the DLC you should contact Microsoft Support.
