This wouldn't make a lot of sense to add because it only operates on the high speed part of the line to Ebbsfleet. Most of the line is on the classic tracks. If they were to add it, they should extend the line to Ashford making it about a 57 mile high speed line. One day it would also be cool if they extended it to Calais to include the infamous Eurotunnel. But this would probably be too long of a route. Extending it to Ashford would make sense though.

An extension to Ashford International would be cool. It could be DLC that includes a Eurostar E320 loco addon, and an Ashford International route extension.
On the other hand, I would also be fine if you could only run Eurostar trains from St. Pancras to Ebbsfleet, because it's still a good distance of 22.7 miles.

What they can do as well is doing a German route with the DB BR 407, aka the ICE Velaro D ! Since the E320 is a BR 407 with a different interior (the 407 is already made for international travel, you can find it on ICE's between Paris and Stuttgart). And then use the livery designer and the scenario planner !

Or the Eurostar could get its own dedicated route and then can be used as a layer on both SEHS and LGV

What about the class 373 Eurostar too. I mean the 373 does run on both SEHS, only as far as Ebbsfleet, and on LGV Méditerranée. I mean, there is nothing wrong with the 373 Eurostar. They are both Eurostars, so why not add both.

And it's unlikely they'll ever get one.

It wouldn’t make sense as you’d only be driving for 10 mins and you can’t use the International platforms at St Pancras or Ebbsfleet. Would be a better DLC for LGV

Then, it's agreed. If the Eurostar E320 is to be added to SEHS, it should include an extension to Ashford International.

No, unless it comes with an extension to Ashford. Even then I would rather have the TMST (Class 373) and have the the Velaro D separately in a German route.

Also Eurostar runs on LGV Nord, not LGV Méd/Rhone Alpes

No. I mean they do run on LGV Méditerranée, but only if they doing seasonal services from London to Marseille. However, they aren’t mostly seen on that LGV. They are seen on the LGV Nord most of the time, with the other TGVs.

To be frank, I really would only want the Class 374 if you could drive it on High Speed 1 from St. Pancras to Ashford.

Why not both the 373 and 374. I mean, the 373 is a Eurostar too, as well as the 374.

Because they would offer quite similar experiences on the same route but require a lot of work.

I still believe the Class 373 is better option. It's more unique compared to the E320, which is just a variation of the new Velaro series

Due to the number of routes it could operate I still think the Velaro D (for DB), and the Class 373 for Eurostar in use on LGV and SE HS would the be the best option. Especially considering livery editor is a thing

You all know how the E320 looks so if I post a photo of the DB Velaro you will immediately recognize it's just really the same train.
    ICE_407_717_Stuttgart_Hbf_Endwagen_2.JPG

However, unlike the E320, the Velaro D (BR407) is active on a lot of German routes with possibility to be layered onto various future german DLCs, while the E320 would be restricted to LGV Nord (double the lenght of the longest TSW route), HS1 (even if extended would only be a ~30 minute drive) and LGV Méd.

Eurostar it's probabily not going to happen anyway, but at least I explained the point of my previous reply.

Also the 373 could also be used:

    French mainland, French/Belgian services (IZY)
    British Mainland (GNER)

Ok I understand. I think both should be in the game, but I prefer the 373 more. That is all I was saying.
