    Oh, there's so many TS routes I'd love to see in TSW... the ones that come to mind are;

    - Riviera Line (modern version)
    - West Highland Line (south)
    - Köln - Koblenz
    - Koblenz - Trier (including the branch line)
    - Wakayama & Sakurai
    - Albulabahn
    - Woodhead Line (in its full glory)
    - Pacific Surfliner
    - Three Country Corner Route
    - Gotthardbahn
    - Berninabahn & -pass
    - Wutachtalbahn
    - Weardale & Teesdale Network
    - Springfield Line
    - Sacramento Northern
    - KwaZulu - Natal Corridor

The Fife Circle line would be the one i would love to see most, with Glasgow suburban second and the West Highland third :)

I pretty much agree. Adding new countries to TSW would add to the variety.

However, a few specific routes from US/UK/DE might actually be different than the usual US/UK/DE stuff. Looking at some TS routes, both the Riviera Line and the West Highland Line look very different from the usual UK routes (which we have plenty of, already, IMO), Sacramento Northern is quite unique and different from the usual US stuff, and Wutachtalbahn offers a German Heritage line which is rare in TS.

So, even though I'm not a fan of adding even more US/UK/DE stuff, there might be a few specific exceptions. Adding new countries to the mix would be my preference though. They'd offer new landscapes, new signalling systems and new trains, and thus would offer way more variety than yet another US/UK/DE route.

In this thread we're talking about (preferably DTG made) TS20xx routes that would be nice in TSW2. If you have a good suggestion in your mind, (unless it exists in TS20xx) create a new thread.

Another vote for the Sacramento Northern, it was such an interesting route, that I never even knew existed until I played the route. Its was unique especially the Bay Area, with the unique signaling that was featured on the Bay Bridge as well as running down the streets with the Key System Street Cars.

The GE Steeplecab loco was also interesting to drive as well, and found its freight dutys very enjoyable.

Though I doubt G-Trax will have any intentions to come over and develop it for TSW2.

I'd like to see these routes:
ECML (any part but preferably one that includes Doncaster and York with possibilities of going via Leeds)
    WCML (preferably Brum - London)
South Wales Coastal (Bristol - Cardiff)
    Welsh Marshes Line
    Settle - Carlisle

    and, as others have suggested
    Fife Circular
    Glasgow - Edinburgh
    Riviera Line

Made a suggestion for Enschede-Amersfoort CS recently. It's not one of the routes you listed, but I think it's very fun nonetheless, have a look! Of course any Dutch route would be fun. I enjoy German routes a lot, but even those are getting overrepresented immensely, it's time for new countries in TSW.

Quiet possible because Rivet now only develops for TSW and not TS anymore. I'm quiet sure they will bring much of the RhB to TSW in the next years. Because that would just be logical. They have done most of the research and with the upcoming route they have built many assets that can be reused as well as the signaling.

Südbahn & Semmering Bahn Vienna to Marburg Am Drau (Maribor). Introduce us to another variants of the DB & MRCE BR182 they're the ÖBB1016 ÖBB1116 1216 & Slovenian SZ541. Own the Austrian trans-border route you'll find ÖBB1116 ÖBB1216 SZ541 & ÖBB1016 appearing on RRO & SKA routes as layers. In actual practice ÖBB1116 does operate SKA for the Brussels Aachen-Köln Wien Sleeper Train

Yes I must revisit that some time.
Settle & Carlisle is a must, though maybe a bit on the long side.
    Wherry Lines.
And Story Of Forest Rail, vey quirky but beautiful scenery lovingly crafted.

Really any and all of the existing TS routes could thrive in TSW. One of the big frustrations going back to TS after a session in TSW is the linear nature - standalone scenario, no walking around the area, no train hopping or starting another run (subject to the vagaries of the save game).

Personally I don’t want to see much TSxx routes in TSW, I want to see different routes between the two games - but if I had to choose:
    Riesa - Dresden
    Semmeringbahn
    S Bahn Rhein Main
    Hamburg - Hannover
    Frankfurt U Bahn
    Seddin Freight
    Bremen - Münster
    Köln - Dusseldorf
