The 395 AWS is too quiet for me in contrast to the door sounds. The door sounds are rediculously loud where the AWS is quiet. I have hearing issues so it may be my hearing aids.

Which setting on the Audio increases the AWS, but ideally leaves the door sounds untouched , or is this the same audio setting?

I can see audio settings are:
    • Master Volume - likely covers it all
    • SFX - possibly this?
    • Dialogoue - probably no good
    • Ambience - no idea what this is
    • External Alert - dualshock disconnected etc?
    Thanks

I think they'd both be under sfx volume, so it's not possible to control them independently. I do agree though that the door beeping and also the controller noise are way too loud compared to all of the other sounds, I'm hoping this'll be fixed soon.

External Alert means how loud it is when in external camera view.

Ambience is for surrounding noise outside (station chatter, street traffic, sirens, etc.).

While they’re checking noise levels, I hope they will also turn the rain noise down some.

Look at the class 20. That AWS alarm is deafening.
