    Hi, I am having trouble creating a Scenario while making Picking up passengers work. I can never get the carriage doors to open, although i have that listed as a task to do, under briefing... Butt i have used the 'Pick up Passengers Instruction' on the Timetable. It won't work at the platform i start off with or any that lie ahead of me.

    Possibly the platform is not set up to load/unload passengers?

    Does the train extend beyond the platform (too long) - I have found that stops ‘T’ working.

    Please provide the following info so we can diagnose
    • Which route
    • Which station
    • Which platform at that station
    • What's the consist makeup

    Hi, I found out wat was wrong for me... I was using the wrong coach.. Not the one that came with my locomotive. I was using '[FC] Mk1 BG Guard BR Maroon' for my Flying Scotsman, now i am using Mk1 Second Scotsman and it works!

    I didn't know it mattered wat coach you use depends on the loco you are using.

    Just for the record;

    Route: Fife Circle Line Edinburgh to Dunfermline

    Station: Edinburgh Waverley

    Platform: Edinburgh Waverley Platform 14

    Consist makeup: LNER A3 Steam Locomotive 'The Flying Scotsman' ... A3 Engine Apple Green + A3 Tender Apple Green + 3 Mk1 Second Scotsman

    Wat are [FC] carriages?

    You mean the big red arrow in the bottom right of the screen? I don't like using that for saving/quitting cus it opens up the game first. Is there any other way?

    And also, Is there a way to look at the map (using 9) and wenne you put the map away you are at the same location you were on the map?

    As for the first point, there is no way to safely exit the scenario editor without loading into it. When a route is loaded in Train Simulator, a scenario will always be running.

    As for the second point. Hold Control and click on the location on the map. The camera will centre onto it. Then exit the map and on the top menu (where the compass and coordinates are), press the orange arrow. The new location will now load.
