Hayes and Harrington is not there. Also you can get out the train through closed doors whilst train is moving
Which scenario? Also what did you do and what train is you driving? I've passed Hayes and Harrington loads of times and it's been there. Although some scenery does fail to load. I was approaching acton and there was nothing but grassy banks and rails on one occasion.

I has this too, train stopped in the middle of nowhere with just a graphical glitch where the station bridge should be and track bed where the station and platforms should be.

Called at Hayes and Harlington on a service return from Slough to padding ton and nothing was there except the 2-3 car stop sign opened the passenger doors okay though
Basically, if you ever get any missing scenery, it's not because it is not there, its because UE4 has given up on loading that part of the world. UE4 does world streaming, so it only loads up one part of the world at a time (because of that, an XBONE could, in theory, handle a 300 mile long route) but if it has a hard time loading up a part of the world, it just gives up completely. Usually high speed causes it to have a hard time loading, but it could really be anything, from momentary lag to too many trains, that can cause it to give up loading and show almost no scenery.
I happen to disagree on that, ive had no problems on the xbox one myself and it does load up really well only part ive had a problem with is one part under a tunnel where there is track missing
Just because you have not seen something doesn't mean it never happens. Most of my runs, this doesn't happen, but every once in a while it'll happen.
