Route: SouthEastern High Speed Service: 1Z02 (Medway Explorer, class 47 + mk1 stock) PC: Ryzen 3700X + RX5700XT, 32GB Controller: PS5 controller connected via Bluetooth Pressing left arrow at the start opens the doors on the right rather than on the left. Using the clunk menu allows opening the right doors, but then it's clunky.
The "wrong-way round" thing is actually more general than that. The gradients show down when they should be up, and vice versa, and the initial position of the '8' external camera (free roam) is pointing the opposite way round. Similar issues beset the Tees route too, if I recall correctly.
I believe it has been stated on the forum before that the railtour locos are actually operating backwards. Therefore, the door opening is on the wrong side along with the gradient meter being reversed.
Yeah, it's so that you don't have to drive the class 20 "hood forwards" because the visibility driving those things "true forward" is just appalling. Its a shame that it means all the other rail tour locos are reversed but other than the wrong side doors opening and the gardient indicator being backwards, it doesn't really matter.
