It's not been fixed. There are not any AWS ramps on the approach to that signal, you get the 15mph PSR warning horn but that's it and that doubles as the AWS magnet for the signal so even if the signal is green, you will always get a warning horn for it. I've spoken to a colleague who signs the route, and you are correct there should be one for NK 453 signal.
There’s no need to tag the CM about this. If you want to know if it has been fixed you can ask us. The other members of the forum can check it out or better still, as you have the route yourself, you could drive a train through the tunnel and see if it has been fixed with your own eyes and ears.
