Is using TS Utilities to install TS/Railworks add-ons (RWP installer files) still possible and safe? By "safe", I mean will using this very old installation process cause TS to go haywire?

Utilities.exe is still the default way of installing .rwp files so far as I know. I use it any way. No issues.

All it does is unpack it from a zero compressed file into the correct location.
I use 7-zip to unpack then copy manually and it achieves the same thing
