the class 128 are a class of 10 Parcel DMUs built for the LMR and WR.
I am suggesting this class mostly because I saw how the BR blue 70s pack is coming with another class 101 whilst a class 117 or 116 might fit more I decided to look for another DMU that worked the WR during the 70s and I found the class 128 which would be a perfect fit as they where based at reading during the time. But there were just 2 there so I looked through railcar.uk a bit more and found they could potentially be worked on NTP where they where based at newton heath now they might not have worked on the line directly but I think an exception can be made where we can use these on NTP.

also if they do make the class 128 please make it so using this makes the "load passenger" instructions to "load parcels".
