Not to put too fine a point on it, it seems like it’s because nobody at DTG can be bothered to put them on the website. I have brought it up several times, so I can’t think of any other excuse they could reliably use. I’d tag a member of staff but we’ve been told not to and besides they claim to read every thread so they will have seen this. If they have, they will pass the message on to someone, who will pass it on to someone else, and so on, and when there are no more people to pass it on to because nobody can be bothered to sort it out, the message will go in the bin. Then, when the next DLC comes out and a manual is posted on Steam on the day of release (which is somehow easier than posting it on their own website...???), another thread will appear asking the same question and the process will repeat. And repeat. And repeat...

I suppose as long as they keep giving me my train fix them I'm okay with going to steam.
