Hey guys, I'm fairly new to this game, and for whatever reason, my train will just slide and stop on the 201D-11 route under the Unusual Duties chapter. I tried the rate knobs, and that did nothing. Once the train stops, I can't get it going again. Any tips? Thanks!
There seems to be a bug some people have experienced where the brakes fail to charge and can't be released. So far, DTG has not been able to reproduce it and most of us have never experienced it. I suggest putting in a bug report. It doesn't seem to be tied to a specific service, but if it does happen every time you do that service, I recommend not doing the journey mode and just going into scenarios or timetable mode and just picking what you want from there. Everything in the journey and a whole lot more is accessible outside of the journeys which are really just a sampling platter of what you can do. I never use them, and I personally don't like the decision to make journeys the default experience, because many newer players don't even realize they can do services outside of journeys, with any weather at any time of day, or even spawn in on foot.
