Frequent Pauses Lasting 1/2 - 2 Seconds

100% consistent glitch for me is if I use the keyboard/mouse having previously used the controller (and vice versa).
I tend to use both, and switching between them always causes a pause, in every route in every scenario.

AMD 3700X
Radeon 5700xt
32GB RAM

Controller is PS5 (though I had the same with a no-name xbox knock-off controller)

 

Just out out curiosity... I tried to generate the commands list using the console command DumpConsoleCommands but it says the command is not recognized. How can I generate the whole list of commands as you did for your document? And also where are they printed to or in which file are they stored afterwards?

Not all the commands work, as previously stated. Some of the commands are reserved for the developer version only.
