On RSN are at the moment Dosto07 from Magdeburg, but that isn't realistic. There were 4 n-Wagen (Karlsruher Kopf) with a BR 143 or the BR 425/426. So I suggest the n-Wagen with the Karlsruher Cab car. I don't know if they can substitute the Dosto07, but if not, a new timetable is necessary. In this, 4 n-Wagen are operating with a BR 143 on the RE16 and RB91. There was also the BR 425 or BR 426 (2 car version of the 425), with operated together with the n-Wagen. The RB56 was nearly correct with a BR 143 and one Dosto (but in rl with a Dosto97 or Dosto03 from the 4th Generation or a Cab from the 3rd Generation, but who cares?). I don't know if you wan't to make nearly the half of services with the n-Wagen and the others with the 425 (if the player owns HRR) or if you wan't to operate every service with n-Wagen. Pictures below.

The n-Wagen hadn't just the Karlsruher Cab car, they also have the Wittenberger Cab car. Trains with this cab car weren't on RSN, but on MSB. In the past (I don't know when, but sometimes before the 425 was on the RB58 and this line was named RB55), on MSB were except the Main-Spessart-Express the RB55 (today RB58) to Heigenbrücken (in TSW with 146 + Dosto07) and a few times per day a RB Lohr - Gemünden (- Würzburg) with n-Wagen and a BR 111. In the MSB timetable are hourly RB services with a BR 146.2 and 2 Dosto07. MSB had a fun timetable, but he was unrealistic with 4 regional lines. In this timetable, there would be a Regionalexpress (Frankfurt -) Aschaffenburg - Gemünden (- Würzburg) which is calling at Aschaffenburg, Heigenbrücken, Wiesthal, Partenstein, Lohr Bf, Langenprozelten and Gemünden every 60 minutes with the BR 146.2 and 5 Dosto03 (in TSW2 Dosto07 :( ) and the BR 111 and Moduswagen, but they aren't in TSW2 yet. The RB55 (Frankfurt ?) Aschaffenburg - Heigenbrücken drives with the BR 143 and 3 n-Wagen and is calling everywhere. The RB Lohr - Gemünden (- Würzburg) drives with the BR 111 and some n-Wagen, but in reality in the past just a few times per day. Ignore that for more variety. The RB lines on MSB may be operated also with the Karlsruher Cab car, i'm not sure about this.

    The DLC includes:
    n-Wagen
    Karlsruher or Wittenberger Cab car
BR 111 (if you build for MSB; the RB55 would also operate with the 111, but the 143 should subtitute)

Another option would be to add A National Express BR 110 with n-Wagen to RRO, or have it as DLC for Köln-Wuppertal (still a suggestion for now), and as a layer on RRO

Excellent idea and speaking of the DB BR 143 it's actually included in game as your main passenger locomotive for Ruhr Sieg Nord. The proper way to do the Bundle is Wittenberger or Karlsruher Cab Car with DB BR111. If you own Ruhr Sieg Nord then BR 143 can substitute in in place of BR111s. For EMU Trains Main Spessart Bahn needs Alstom Coradia Continental from train sim 16

I think the 440 are better on Munich Augsburg, there they are on the whole route and not just on a little part

No sense substituting the 143 for the 111; the 143 got passenger duties on the Ruhr-Sieg line, one of the few places in western Germany, because the line speed was within the 143's 120 kph capability. It couldn't handle a 160 kph timetable.

The 111 has way more technical capabilities than the outside would make you think, love the loco.

No, the 143 substitutes the 111 on MSB. I suggested the 111 just for MSB.
