Evening, I want to reinstall an Armstrong Powerhouse article because it was a bit buggy, but when I started the installer and then reached the last page before I reached the running BAT File. But somehow, when I click the blue "Next" Button of the Installer, the installation process doesn't continues. It stucks at the last page. I always tried to restart the installer, but it kept getting the same problem. I very much hope that someone can help me, because otherwise I cannot explain to myself how to get the files from the installer and in a case of a defect in the installer you can simply insert the files manually into the Railworks File.

Which product is it - others can say if they've had similar issues.

Maybe try redownloading the AP file?

Are all other programs quit? Try redownloading the file and try again, maybe right click and run as administrator?

You could try starting Windows in "safe" mode and installing it that way.
Better still contact Richard Armstrong at AP his support is excellent.

Try right clicking and selecting "Run as administrator"
