Nec New York Gp38-2 Texture Issue

I just noticed the texture of the trucks of the GP38-2 in NEC New York is very low resolution - probably 1/8th that of the other HH geeps. This is at maximum graphic settings. It looks blury and smeared. Terrible.

 

And with the new repaint on the NEC there is something wrong with the lights, comparsion between GP38-2 on heavy haul and on NEC:
