I’ve found on Bakerloo Line, the points system has penalised me many times for driving under the speed limit. I get the message “Driving way over the speed limit.” especially just after Harrow & Wedlestone heading Southbound. I also got this message on the platform at Paddington.

I’m running a i7-10750, with 32GB RAM & Nividia RTX 2060, with the latest updates installed.

At any point between two awards you go over the speed limit, it'll award the least amount it can, ie if you are awarded 30 points, go 2mph over the limit, then back under the limit - it'll award 15 points. If you were to then go 10mph over the limit, and bring it back down, it'll award 0 points. If I understand your issue correctly.

Thanks. It was more for others, but if it’s design then that’s fine. Useful to know how it works.

Did they ever fix the speed limit's on the Bakerloo Line?

IRL any tunnel speed boards and boards on the overground that are not of the NR type (red ring), the speed applies once the cab has passed the board, not the whole train. Any NR signs have to be correctly obeyed still though waiting for the length of the train to pass the board before accelerating.

I recall when it released I'd be "speeding" for accelerating once the cab is passed the speed boards in tunnels. Haven't played in a while, so no idea if fixed yet.

It’s next up on the roadmap in Upcoming. It’s coming up in an upcoming core update.

Sorry I don’t have more details than that! All I can say is check the roadmap on Tuesday to see where it is on the list and then the stream in the evening. I would expect an update to core coming for either Arosa or Clinchfield.
