Hi all, todays post is about the Merseyrail Wirral line, As usual i'm going to split this into 3 sectors, but anyways, if this come to TSW, It will be the first Modern Northern route for the Series. Route overview This route runs from West Kirby to Ellesmere port, With a branch down to Chester with the following stations on the main route: [Main Route] Hoylake, Manor road, Meols, Moreton, Leasowe, Bidston, Birkenhead North, Birkenhead Park, Conway Park, Hamilton Square, James Street, Moorfields, Lime street, Central, [Srvices loop back to Hamilton Square], Birkenhead Central, Green lane, Rock ferry, Bebington, Port sunlight, Spital, Bromborough, Eastham Rake, Hooton, Little Sutton, Overpool and then Ellesmere Port [Services from Hooton-Chester] Hooton, Capenhurst, Bache and then Chester Locomotives Class 507 Class 508 Class 777 Conclusion This route would be Perfect for TSW2 As it is a Modern route with Older Traction and is [In its own rights] Very unique as there the only operator of the 507/508 PEP Units and are very similar the the 313/314 and with the upcoming Class 777 Units which will take over most Service and the 507/508's and temporarily do the Branch lines before getting Scrapped sadly but if you Agree this route would be good in TSW2
Would also be great to have the northern lines of Hunts Cross to Southport and Liverpool Central to Ormskirk.
