PlayStation Black Lines

Hi, when driving black lines appear from random places. Do you know if this is a PlayStation issue, tv issue or a TSW 2 issue and how to solve it?
It doesn’t often happen and happens most in preserved collection scenarios most often and in the newer stuff less often (but still occurs.
When taking a screenshot with the square, they do not show up on the image.
And they normally flicker around.

I have not noticed that on Pc as of yet, they almost resemble tire skid marks.
