PC Needles Gauges Gp38-2 Sandpatch Are Black After Update

After the latest update the needles of the gauges in the GP38-2 from the Sandpatch route are turned black and barely visible.

 

That's the Yn2 cab- perfectly normal. It's subtly different from the Yn3b cab

 

No I don't think so, the needles should be red and white like the SD40-2 or UP GP38-2. Bot skins YN2 and YN3b are bugged after the patch. The amp meter needle is even partly white and black. So there is something wrong with the textures.
