What sort of thing are you in too? If you really like high speed probably get LGV or if you like commuter runs get east coastway. Simple way of thinking of it is if you have Southeastern High Speed then East Coastway is like the section between Rochester and Faversham and LGV is like the section between St Pancras to Ebbsfleet International.
Yea East Coastway, Eastbourne to Brighton have semi fast services and Seaford and Lewes have stoppers.
I’ve just watched a video on YouTube of Colonel Failure doing Arosa where he puts a British Rail loco Class 31 I think it was pulling a Class 101 DMU up the mountain and then he deliberately rolls the Class 101 DMU down the mountain using just gravity until it de rails. It’s quite funny. Leaving that aside it looked like quite an interesting route before he started messing about so I will be choosing that sometime in the future when it’s on sale.
Yes if you like commuter most then get East Coastway now. And if interested in high speed get LGV later as that is a great route as well.
