PlayStation Ctd Spg Shaw Mine

So, after 1.5 hours slogging up from Cumberland on the 0745 service I reached Shaw Mine and started my reverse into the mine approach. At the same time I was passed by an intermodal on the mainline and as it passed I got the blue screen of death.... a tad frustrated...

 

What's the blue screen of death like the application crashed or something else I'm confused
