To my knowledge no, not even a sniff on the roadmap.

Great idea :) as being able to turn your actual head in the cab would be pretty cool, I owned the PSVR kit a while back and it’s was impressive.
Heck they could add PS move for the throttle and brakes!!

I fear the scenery pop ups if in external view may trigger brain meltdown though :D

It was voted down a while back when the devs decided to ask this forum what it wanted in the future (if my memory serves me right).

It’s a shame but would require a hell of a lot of optimisation for a niche market of a niche playerbase

They asked the people what they wanted and the people said anything except VR. There was quite a big discussion on the forum about it fairly recently.

There are no plans for VR at this time.

I'd be happier for just a more integrated remote play controls on the PS vita. The L2/R2/L3/R3 buttons are mapped by default to the Vita's touch screen. Having the RP Vita vutton mapping to the back touch pad would make plating this on the go better. Don't think it'll take much to implement this. Many games are remote play compatible. Even recent releases. Hopefully this can be explored.

Fully agree as a fellow Vita user. Unfortunately with the news of the PS store closing and support for the Vita ending I feel it will fall on deaf ears!

Pretty unlikely. Remote play on the Vita is not a priority for 90% of developers and with the PS Vita being killed of anyways, DTG would be wasting their time.
