Yeah, it takes at least 10 seconds for the traction motors to switch from dynamic brake to accelerating.

 

Yea but when you use the vacuum brake, it won't work anymore. Maybe that's what theangrybird means?

 

i have noticed the same issue. It feels like you have "isolated sections" of the catenary sometimes.

 

I have had this issue on PC too. It is happening without using the dynamic brakes. Turning the throttle down to zero and then back up again can take an age before the transaction motors take up power again.
