Due to the Paypal issues over the weekend, I had my orders cancelled and I was told the money was being refunded. As such, I re-bought the North London - Goblin Line and Hamburg S1 S-Bahn Route before the sale ended. This afternoon I was sent an email saying that the original purchase had been successful, so now I have those two routes twice. First two people to send in their email address and which route they would like will get them free. Mike
Unfortunately one you have unlocked the code for ANY items in your order, nothing on said order can be refunded. Either way, I hopefully made a couple of peoples' day, so it's all good.
I would have raised a stink with them about that. There's no reason you should have to accept two purchases of the same item when you acted on the belief that the first had failed. That is not your fault, and if the merchant failed to handle it, I would have gone to Paypal saying hey, there's a problem here. They would have surely seen logic and made the vendor play ball. It's not like you are going to use both codes on your own account. I tried to buy a 2017 key once and they sent me a 2016 key instead. Then wouldn't refund me. I went to Paypal. That took care of that.
