Does anyone think that TSW3 will merge any existing routes! Can think of some existing German routes I’d love to see merged as well as an extension to SEHS! Come on Dovetail, LETS GET THIS DONE!
I think this somewhat of a miss leading title as it states that tsw 3 will merge routes and I think we are far from any news on tsw 3 as well nothing has been said about it but that's my point of view. They have discussed extending and merging routes from the last Q&A stream from the beginning of the year so I would recommend you check out their explanation of how they think it would work. It's not like like a model railway where you can click 2 routes together
OK for those that dont bother to watch the livestreams as well as the OP NO There will be no TSW 3 NO There is not going to be any merging of Routes. NO there is going to be no Extensions of routes. How do I know?. Because I watch the Train Sim World Streams including the Road map streams. That's where we get the info to so we can answer your questions. Firstly, can the OP think about the titles of their threads. It implies that this is going to happen. Secondly, not everyone watches, or indeed wants to watch, two hours or so of every single live stream on the off chance that a nugget of useful information is there. They come to the website or forums for information, which is a reasonable thing to do. However, the old adage, if it ain’t on the roadmap, we ain’t working on it, would be a good starting point. Thirdly, There won’t be a TSW3? Really? All I can remember them saying is that this year’s update won’t be TSW3 and it will 99% certain be a free update. I reckon that at some point in the future there will have to be a TSW3 which will hopefully incorporate major new and improved features.
I agree, and the op has definitely made it sound like the feature *is* going to happen- it sounds like a newspaper article title!
