Multiple animations aren't correct, also depending on view direction and wich camera you are using. I think there is some kind of limit in maximum animations, or animations are automatically turn off the save performance. For example the coolling fans.
The cooling fans get turned "off" with distance. When the camera is further away, the stop turning (something like a LOD thing). The distance of this snap is wrong, but it is probably an intentional thing. The bell doesn't move no matter how close the camera is and it does move on SPG locos.
