When it gets to the point you uncouple the first 8 cars it doesnt switch to the next task and 2 random engines hook onto my train before dropping the first 8

Sounds like a 'fun' scenario, hope OP replies so I can give it a go--assuming I've got the DLC

Honestly the title sounds like a tsw2 timetable scenario.

The scenario is in the title - Y101 Car Switching and it's the Sand Patch Grade. I had that problem with the train blocking my path and hooking up to me a couple of times as well as problems with the hooking up/unlatching wagons. That is largely due to the train rolling forward and hooking up again which isn't particularly noticeable unless you look for it. I 'cured' that by using the brake before applying throttle to prevent them hooking up again.

749006 I appreciate it can be frustrating when someone posts in the wrong section, but for a new users it can take a while to get to grips with the forums. I suggest you try and help them when you can.

    I have moved this thread.

DTG Natster I do try to help when I can - not having the route the OP was talking about I was unable to do that
I suggested he post on this forum for the second time - I also reported the post as being in the wrong forum to get it moved

Yes thank you for that Samsonbo. No need for that tone. I thought I'd posted an apology and explanation. I hadn't been here long and hadn't realised it was the wrong area. I understand it now!
