No. You need the home route as well as the loco, for for example the upcoming 101, you will need HRR to be able to use the 101.
Store pages should say what route it requires to be installed. Without the route, it simply isn't visible anywhere in the game...even in scenario designer.
Yes, each of them says they need the route. I wondered if it would work in off-the-rail creator mode, without the original route, that was it. Thank you all!
Each loco lives in a "home" route. From there they might be 'projected' into other routes, but they cannot exist without their roots planted in a specific pot.
