Alaska Railroad extends from Seward and Whittier to Fairbanks passing through Anchorage and beyond to Eielson Air Force Base and Fort Wainwright. Even if only part of this route was made it would be very unique

    Current Active locomotive
    SD70MAC, EMD GP40-2 , EMD GP38-2 , EMD F40PH, Colorado Railcar DMU

Most of those locos are already in TSW, so we just need a SD70MAC in the game and the route is complete:)

I love the Idea, however based of what I have learned this is asking a lot as the route is more than 400 miles. Maybe in the future when the capabilities get to a point where it can be done, that it will.

Actually probably the best route would be Whittier to Anchorage as that would be about 62.5 Miles instead of 114.3 Miles someone had made the comment on my Carrizo Gorge route that the longest that they could do was between 60 and 70 Miles, I know we have seen longer routes in the various Train Simulators that have been made I do not get the limitations myself, however if that is in fact what they are limited to then I think we need to think about that as well.
