Hey folks, noticed tonight that ntp and msb had disappeared from the available routes list. I’ve owned both for some time. Checked the in game store and it’s acting as if i do not own them. Double checked in the Microsoft store and it’s showing them as purchased and installed. Playing on a next gen Xbox.
Figured I’d try re-installing them to see if that had any effect. MSB is currently installing but now the store is saying I don’t own NTP or the heavy freight pack. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I don’t want to pay for content I’ve already purchased before.
Do you still have TSW2020 installed? I'm sure I read somewhere that if both TSW2020 and TSW2 are installed on XBox, it can cause conflict issues with preserved content DLCs not showing. Also, if you had TSW2020 as part of game pass and bought content for it, that can cause issues too as you don't own the base game needed for the DLC to work (you only rent games via game pass).
I did have tsw 2020 installed still. Removed it, reinstalled the routes and that seemed to sort everything out. Appreciate the help with the issue!
